Goodbye to my faithful old dog Big Kell, she was the best shepard/rotty there ever was. She will be sadly missed by us all. The kids are taking it hard....she lived to be 14 years old. God Bless you Kelly pup... we love you. Uncle Steven came for you and has taken you to the big park in the sky. Love you old girl.

My thoughts are also with all of Victoria. Dig deep people and donate what you can.

I didn't weigh in this week just gone as I was sick, I should have gone though.... makes you stay honest. Any way I have been watching Biggest Loser and using my walking machine.. Funny I thought it was just for hanging clothes and other things from. Wonders will never stop hey.

Anyway it is on again tonight. I am slowing working up my times on the thing, and it's funny because I don't even feel the time go. I have managed to get 15 minutes so far, then I do a few commericals with the skipping rope, and finish off with a slower walk to cool down.. This will show up on the scales (I hope)

Well have a great week, onwards and downwards (weight wise of course)
