Well, I only lost 0.1kgs this week, that sucks!!! I bust my guts this week and I hope that it shows up on the scales next week. I know I should say.... oh well it is a loss, but damn.... I just want to scream. anyway have a good week

I still haven't been tracking as well as I should, however I am still aware of what I am eating. This weekend I have been wii-ing (sounds good doesn't it) I Beat my husband at bowling, I beat my girl at baseball and my boy at golf, but I just can't beat my big boy at boxing.... It is soooo on!
I am going to make it my mission to whoop his arse, I may need to ground him from using the wii for about a month.... mmmmm... maybe two. LOL

I can't wait to weigh in on Thursday, that sounds weird I know, but I just want to see my efforts converted to a number on the scales.. Plus I need to beat my sister in the weight loss thing, I know that she has had a slow start, but once she puts her mind to it..... I will be toast.

Well have a great day, I will let you know how I go.... oh and thank god the kids are finally off to school tommorrow....... I may still have food in the fridge and cupboard by the end of the week... have you ever noticed how much kids eat when they are on holidays?? or is it just me?

Hello,
As I am the only person to read my blog.... that is sad.... I am going to let you know what I have been doing... I lost 0.7kg Thursday. So that is half of what I lost the week before. I am still very happy about that because a lose of .5 per week is healthy. So the journey continues!!!!

I used the wii last week, but not as much as the week before.. The other day I did some boxing, skipping and swimming, I have set myself a challenge for this week, and that is:

  1. Continue to write down what I eat
  2. exercise in the morning before work
  3. Stay positive. I will get to my goal
  4. Set a mini goal of 5kgs.... put something shiney on laybye when i reach my first mini goal

How sad is the news at the moment? what sort of monster would go into a childcare centre and kill helpless babies? Thank god we live in Australia.

Hello again

I Lost 1.4 kg last week, I feel very proud of myself!!!! I have been using my skipping rope, only starting out slowly and I have been swimming as often as I can. I used the wii this weekend to play tennis, bowling, baseball and boxing. Would you believe that a stupid little game can help you to lose weight?

I have not been writing down my food this week, so mental slap on the wrist, I am going to bring my diary to work today so I HAVE to write it down. It is really tooo easy to forget what you put in your mouth for the day!!!!

Anyway, weigh in is on Thursday, and I am confident that I have lost at least point 5, If I can keep this up I will look HOT this time next year. I am so determined to lose this part of me and become the real me that I can almost taste what skinny feels like.

I got all my hair cut off on Tuesday so that I can kick start the new me. Then on Thursday I weighed in at Mum's....OMG.... I am 118.9 kilos and feeling so horrible. I can't believe that I let myself get this big!!!




Oh well, what's done is done and there is no point in crying over big macs and fries, now is the time to move forward and face some new challenges.

I will post how my first week went when I weigh in..... I am positive that I will have a loss!!!! I bought a skipping rope today and intend on using it tommorrow. I used my daughters yesterday and she almost wet herself laughing at a certain part of my body that was bouncing higher than I needed to skip.... little cow! looks like I need a sports bra very soon

Last week of holidays

Hello everyone, this is new to me, but I have been told that by blogging everyday, it can keep you on track. This is the last week of sleepins and doing as I please....boohoo


I love working though, I just need to be more organised when it comes to meal times and exercise.


Have you ever wondered why it is so easy to say that you are too busy to exercise, but have enough time to watch "My name is Earl"??


Anyway this is the year to start caring. I am getting closer to 40 and I really don't want to be forty, fat and yucky!!
